Accord Training offers a bespoke professional development programme for podiatry supervised foot health providers. The needs of the clinic and the knowledge required by the Foot Therapist form the framework to shape an individual, multifaceted learning and mentoring programme.
Externally Moderated Coursework & Assessment
As part of your training the student undertakes topic based short courses to ensure they are building a broad knowledge base. For students who don’t have any prior clinical healthcare experience a Primary Care Practice Assistance Apprenticeship may be recommended alongside the Foot Therapy syllabus.
Foot Therapist Community Hub & Library
Accord Training believes in a collaborative learning environment where students support each other and leverage their diverse backgrounds and experience. At the heart of Accord is our online shared library and community Hub to support and supercharge student learning.
Continuing Professional Development
Once certified, some continuous professional development is required to maintain Foot Therapy NZ membership.
Ongoing learning requirements are similar to those of the podiatry profession; tailored specially for podiatry supervised foot health providers.
